Refunds and cancellations
Credit applied means final.
A payment buys an immediate, measurable ranking credit. That makes the normal refund rule simple, with room to fix genuine payment errors.
Before payment
You can cancel or close Stripe Checkout before payment. If Stripe has not successfully charged you, no lifetime credit is added and there is nothing to refund.
After ranking credit
Payments are generally final once the verified amount has been added to a listing’s lifetime total. A later rank change caused by another product paying more is the expected mechanic and is not a refund reason. Traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, and return on investment are not guaranteed.
When we will investigate
Contact us if you see a duplicate charge, a successful charge without ranking credit, an incorrect amount caused by a technical error, suspected fraud or unauthorized use, or an accidental duplicate payment. We may request the Stripe receipt, checkout reference, charged amount, date, and destination domain to verify the claim.
How corrections work
If a verified technical or payment error occurred, we may apply the missing credit, reverse an incorrect duplicate credit, or issue a full or partial refund as appropriate. Approved refunds return through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
Request help
Use the public support route on the Contact page and include the domain, amount, date, and Stripe receipt or Checkout Session reference. Do not send full card details.
