By using JustVibe or buying a placement, you agree to these terms and the Rules.
1. The service
JustVibe is a paid-ranking directory for internet products. A successful payment adds its USD amount to a listing’s lifetime total. Higher lifetime totals rank higher. The board is promotional paid placement, not an editorial recommendation or product endorsement.
2. Rankings change
No payment buys a permanent position. Other listings may displace yours at any time by reaching a higher lifetime total. Ties go to the listing that reached the tied total first, with listing ID used as a final deterministic tie-break.
3. No performance promise
Payment buys ranking credit only. We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, customers, sales, revenue, exposure, search visibility, return on investment, or any other business result.
4. Your submission
You must be legally able to submit and promote the destination. You are responsible for its URL, content, claims, intellectual property, legality, and safety. Prohibited content includes malware, phishing, impersonation, fraud, unlawful material, deceptive redirects, hate, harassment, and anything that creates unreasonable security or legal risk.
5. Removal and moderation
We may reject, hide, edit metadata for, or remove a listing that violates these terms or the Rules, threatens the service or its users, or exposes us to legal or operational risk. We may preserve transaction records needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.
6. Payments
Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Prices and charges are shown in USD before checkout. A rank changes only after server-side verification of a successful payment. Payment networks, webhooks, maintenance, and outages can delay checkout or ranking credit.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Payments are generally final once ranking credit has been applied, subject to the exceptions in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Closing a checkout before payment does not create a charge or ranking credit.
8. Availability and changes
We may maintain, modify, pause, or discontinue the service. We will not deliberately alter verified totals to manufacture activity. These terms may change when the product or applicable requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JustVibe is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation or business results. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
